The plenary hall of the Berlin House of Representatives had to completely renew the old conference center, which was installed during the renovation of the building. In order not to change the shape of the table in the hall, special constructions for the microphones have been made with a turn / tilt steering. The sound signal processing and distribution is perfromed fully digitally in a large star matrix, which comprises all microphones and microphone consoles. The loudspeaker system is also renewed and allows localization in several zones of the plenary hall. The control zone, which is located on the side in the plenary hall, has been extensively renewed and allows the control of the entire audio-visual system of the room. For the display of the agenda and, if necessary, further image contents, two large-screen plasma displays are inserted to the right and left of the presidium; the presidium itself can also follow the written content via a screen tape over the visitor's gallery.
For special events, there is a bright projection on a large screen behind the presidium also available now.
